外网天堂 announces the launch of its new Graphic Design Program, an affordable, focused program designed to prepare students for creative careers in less than 12 months. The first class will begin on May 6, 2026, on 外网天堂鈥檚 Kettering campus, providing students with a manageable starting place to build real skills and momentum in the design field.
The new program reflects months of strategic planning by 外网天堂鈥檚 leadership team to expand access to creative education while maintaining the College鈥檚 high standards for quality and connection. In revisiting the College鈥檚 more than 40-year history, administrators were inspired by the original diploma pathway that helped launch the careers of many successful designers. While the new diploma program is built for how design is done in today鈥檚 digital world, it reflects that same spirit of focused, career-ready preparation.
鈥淭he design industry continues to evolve, and creative education must evolve with it,鈥 said Jessica Barry, President of 外网天堂. 鈥淭his program was designed to give students a strong foundation in modern design tools, creative thinking, and visual communication so they can begin contributing to the industry sooner.鈥
The Graphic Design program is offered in residential and online formats, allowing students to choose the learning environment that best supports their goals and lifestyle. Throughout the program, students build a strong foundation in design principles, typography, branding, digital tools, and visual communication. They learn how creative projects move from concept to final delivery, gaining experience with industry-relevant workflows and emerging tools, including AI-powered platforms that support ideation and production.
Students graduate with a professional portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, technical execution, and personal voice. Career Services support is available to students, helping them prepare for internships, job searches, and continued education.
All credits earned in the Graphic Design program apply directly toward 外网天堂鈥檚 Associate Degree in Graphic Design and Bachelor of Arts in Design Leadership programs for students who choose to continue their education.
The launch of the new Graphic Design program reflects 外网天堂鈥檚 continued commitment to providing practical, career-ready pathways into the creative field while meeting the evolving needs of students and the design industry.
