How Industry Leaders at ÍâÍøÌìÌà Shape the Student Experience

When students choose a college, one of the most important factors is who they will be learning from. At ÍâÍøÌìÌÃ, our programs are led by professionals who are not only educators, but active leaders in the creative industry.

One of those leaders is AJ Busé, Director of the Design Leadership Program. Alongside his role at ÍâÍøÌìÌÃ, AJ was recently selected to serve on the National Advertising Review Board, a national panel within the Better Business Bureau’s national programs made up of experienced professionals from across advertising, marketing, and higher education.

The board helps evaluate advertising practices across the country, supporting honesty and responsibility in how brands communicate. Members are selected based on their professional experience, reputation, and contributions to the industry.

For students and parents, this kind of recognition matters. It means students are learning from someone who is directly involved in shaping real-world standards and conversations in the design and advertising fields.

AJ brings that perspective into the classroom, helping students understand not just how to create strong work, but how design connects to business, ethics, and leadership. His industry involvement keeps the Design Leadership Program aligned with what’s happening beyond campus.
